After creating audio profiles and setting ffdshow to show the context menu, when you right-click and select "filters -> ffdshow audio filter" there are no audio presets listed in the context menu. Instead you have to select "properties" and then "profiles and presets".
Note: Presets for the video decoder do show up in the context menu, this only effects the audio presets.
