#1 bump binutils and libc

Hi,
due to encountering problems in one of my projects, I discovered that there are new versions of libc and binutils
which have support for the chip I'm working with (ATmega128RFA1), so I decided to weak the installation script
and because I think others may benefit from it too I decided to share my patch here.
I fixed the location for the old patches and decided to create the new patches locally because mirrors don't seem to
carry them for too long (they were initially found on http://www.freshports.org\) Comments welcome.

I updated the patch to bump other software aswell, a fix that is needed for the GCC bump will be attached later.

Thanks, i will have a look at it asap, and integrate them in the new toolchain builder.
