#53 Interface Import Push & Pull

At the moment, components are passed interfaces
according to XML architecture (push). To make the
architecture dynamic, and reduce the need to use XML if
undesired, the components should be able to use a
simple API to import components and interfaces (pull).

XML would then serve as a way to handle the push phase
automatically, and as a permissions mechanism for the
pull phase. Default XML will all permissions should be
assumed.
