#41 Balloon message functionality

First of all, sorry if fbpanel has this ability, i have
not been able to get it working with fbpanel, using the
eggtrayicon library for gtk.

In the system tray protocol specification it says that
you can use balloon messages for system tray icons:

http://standards.freedesktop.org/systemtray-spec/systemtray-spec-0.2.html

is this possible with fbpanel?
If it is i would really appreciate it if you have an
example (if not don't worry i will keep on trying).

I see that as of fbpanel 4.9 this functionality does not exist.

Can you please give an example of an application that use balloon functionality so I can use it for developing/testing?
And a screen shot would be very helpful :-)
