#66 Plugin directory should not be under PREFIX/share

Hi,

According to the FHS (and most Unix filesystem conventions), PREFIX/share is for architecture-independent data. Therefore the plugin binaries should be placed under PREFIX/lib, preferably in PREFIX/lib/fbpanel/plugins. The attached patch should fix this issue.
