decoding is needed internally to encode P frames, hence the fame_decoder files however, an MPEG decoder is not yet available since it would require a bitstream parser to read the MPEG stream from disk and fill in the structures that can be decoded by the decoder.
With this component added, theorically it should be easy to provide full decoding support but I've had no time to write that yet ;)

I have managed to use the encoding library and noticed there is a fame_decoder.c in libfame. So does the decoding work?
