#69 Read from named pipe for remote syslog

Hi,
my server send all logs to remote syslog server.
Locally i send log to a named pipe file,avoiding wasting space and iops.
Fail2Ban not read named pipe, i have tried polling gamin and pyinotify (with this i have a seek error).
Can you add support for named pipe?
