#201 faac-1.28 compile error

On Linux Slackware 14.1 64-bit, gcc-4.8.2 , I get an error when trying to compile faac-1.28 about a function declared twice. Was it a workaround for previous compiler issues?

The solution, to get it to compile properly, is to comment out line 126 of /common/mp4v2/mpeg4ip.h.
