#471 HUD export/import

hud_export hejsa creates /ezquake/configs/hejsa.cfg
But then there is no way to load it immediately after. exec hejsa.cfg doesn't work, I have to manually move it to /qw/ to exec it.

Why can't ezquake do exec from /ezquake/configs/ dir ? or maybe make hud_export to /qw/hud/ or something
