#424 512 sound extension

I was hoping maybe you guys can increase the 256 sounds limit to 512. this would especially help on coop mods, like on MegaTF Coop..you have the option to fly around in a helicopter, but on large maps if 256 sounds are already precache'd..no one can hear a sound it makes!
