#337 ATI/Crash after alt+tab when tvout is enabled

At least with current ATI catalysty(8.2) ezquake crashes ati opengl drivers after alt+tab when accessing menu.

Example..
1. I join server.
2. Alt+tab to report ip back to my mate.
3. Alt+tab back. Game works if I don't press esc.
4. Pressing esc crashes.

I also see a whole screen grey at the level loading. And some grey flickerings when speccing someone.

If I disable tv-out, everything works perfect.

This happens with ezquake 8.3.3, every nightly build I've tested(even with earlier working ones) and 1.9 beta.

Just installed ati catalyst 8.3. Problem still exists.

I have ATI HD2600XT.

You could help us by getting a debug version or a *.map file (*.map file is distributed with the source code package) and use it to figure out where the crash happens (I don't have the knowledge of that to help you with it though) Otherwise it's too hard for us to find the source of the bug.
