This is a fix for unconscious or paralyzed party members being party teleported, bug #2799398. I tested the both original games, and when party teleporting in move_object, recall_virtue_stone, teleport_to_saved_pos, and teleport eggs, paralyzed and sleeping party members do not teleport with the rest of the party. The cheats still teleport the whole party.
