Currently the windowed and fullscreen resolution are the same. For flat screens it might be beneficial for both to be seperate settings as the default resolution is one that might make the monitor add another scaleing to the game so that it can be displayed in its native resolution.
Currently when you set the resolution of the game to the native monitor resolution you can be sure that the windowed game does not fit onto the desktop.
