The installer doesn't allow to specify an installation path instead a "standard" path is used. While
this is "Program Files" in the English version, it is "Programme" in the German version and it probably
varies for other languages. This is a problem, because on startup time, an error occurs when
attempting to create a temporary file in a non-existing subdirectory of C:\Program Files\ .
