#16 UI Changes - Wheel Mouse - width of columns fixed

It would be great if the wheel mouse worked for zooming
in and out on the map portion.

Second, it would be nice if the columns of lvl, health,
distance didn't resize when you change zones.

Currently I set it up so they are the exact width of the
data, so I can get the maximum amount of the screen
for the map. But they resize on me so I can't see
Distance.

Third, it would be great to be able to right click on the
map and get the /loc of that spot.

Map annotations would also be very helpful. Although
that can be done outside of Excal.
