Actually, libcairo shouldn't be used at all. I hope to have
dropped that dependency (as well as that on edb) from the
current packages.

(configure, though? An evidence build should *never* contain
a dependency on cairo/pixman, *unless* it was suggest from
outside (say by evas-config). If so, the 3rd party library
(in this case, evas) should do the check.)
