#41 Options for positioning clickwindow

Sometimes it can become necessary to move the clickwindow elsewhere. I'd like to suggest the following options:

left
top
bottom
right
move anywhere (always infront of anything else)

The game Dungeons of Dredmor is my most recent example, for in fullscreen the clickwindow sits exactly where the back and done buttons need to be clicked.

This feature is indeed available in the linux port exactly as you described. To be added in future.

It would also be handy to have the clickwindow autohide feature (for Windows version) which is already included in the linux version.
