#13 ELM Agent 1.05 repeated events

I'm testing ELM Agent 1.05 on Windows XP SP2 and Windows 2003 SP1 and ELM Server SVN rev. 49 on IIS6 SP1. I have the following issues:
- multiple identical events (same event, same date/time) are logged from agents for each event as a new one, so multiple identical alerts are triggered
- the following warning is logged in the php error log (could it be related?)
PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ...\SbElm\rpc.php on line 158
