Our large standard Minmatar control tower is reporting usage of 30 fuel blocks per hour via MEEP, however checking the pos directly it is using 40 fuel blocks per hour.
reviewing the code it I found that there is a usage reduction calculated of 25% (which explains 40 ->30 blocks).
This is only one if your corp/alliance holds sovereignity in this system? (Can you confirm that?)
Probably in past CCP did not display this reduced use or this functionality is changed meanwhile.
As I have no POS in sovereignity systems please verify the numbers of usage (available blocks in Pos -- are they reduced by 30 or 40?)

removed the sovereignity reduction - now it displays the values it really uses
