#1 Non-fatal null pointer exception in Watch Pane

After creating or loading a project, when the user first switches to the Watch pane there is no class pane or video source pane set up. If the user selects one of the tool bar buttons, the selection refers to the class pane which hasn't been created yet. This could be fixed either by load immediately loading the class pane (since the ontology set is already available) without a pane for the data source, or by defaulting the data source to a null or real time pane. Alternatively, adding the buttons could be done lazily after the video is available.
