#64 Unable to boot on dlink-530tx if dns resolver is on

Helo,

I have an asus A7V600-X motherboard with a onboard
network card. Linux says that it is an via-rhive 6102.

Etherboot works ok using dlink-530tx driver but if I set
the DNS_RESOLVER options, it fails after loading the
image. It gets ip via DHCP, downloads the image using
TFTP and fails showing this message:

Invalid Argument

"

The same config is used for VIA 6105 NICs (of couse,
updating the etherboot config) and It works.

Any ideas?
