Compilation of a method that contains N% references
are generating an extrinsic function lable that does not
exist in the compiled code.

1) Import the attached file to a test class.
2) Bring up the property sheet for the method.
3) Double click on the compiled method's routine name
to bring it up in the routine editor.

Observe that at label 0+15, reference is made to $$5 but
that label does not exist in the routine.
