#41 Calculate average PID/PC in jaccard/JOCs components

It would be very helpful and be a step towards not loading BLAST data into our Chado Comparative databases if we calculated some statistics on our clusters when we generated them. Currently we do some kind of crazy post-processing to estimate the average percent identity and coverage of the hits between cluster members but it would not be very difficult to do this at cluster generation time. These values could then be loaded probably as featureprops on the match feature.
