We've added controls for whether users can login to Ergatis or operate anonymously, but there's no current setting to only allow logged-in users to run pipelines.
This should also apply to accessing the pipeline builder page. Adding a variable into ergatis.ini such as 'require_logins' could be a quick solution until the full role-based access control system required by the DIAG project is in place.
