This patch fixes a problem with the parameq.ttl file. The prefix foaf is not listed at the beginning of the file. This causes lv2rack to hang when indexing all lv2 plugins on the system. The patch adds the prefix line for foaf.
Add the foaf prefix to the ttl file
Must be fixed for the next release. Currently is done for de SVN.
