#77 Removing timestamps

Please add an option to remove the timestamps from the HTML output. Rationale: It helps rsync and svn to upload only things that have really changed.

This is a duplicate of feature request 1695848, which was implemented and closed.

The current svn version includes a "--suppress-timestamp" option which will suppress generation of timestamps in the output.
