#78 Need to decouple $parm-apparatus-style to deal with internal and external options separately
At the moment there is a parameter $apparatus-style and $parm-apparatus-style that controls handling both of internally tagged apparatus, and externally recorded apparatus; given that there are various combinations of these two styles possible, it seems sensible to separate the two, perhaps into $parm-internal-app and $parm-external-app, or similar.
I'll make sure to implement this without breaking anything, but it may have impact on other proejcts that current call the stylesheets with $apparatus-style in the saxon call (e.g. ddbdp).
Okay I've made this change (as of [r2275]). Currently testing against IOSPE (only project that has implemented both internal and external app. Testing against PN would be useful, in advance of next release. Will report to Markup once preliminary testing is complete.
(This was a high-priority ticket in advance of next Monday's apparatus sprint.)
