#3 full templated cosmetic customizability

You should be able to easily customize the look of your enzyme
installation--the graphics, logos, brands, colors, everything. The view of
the profiles on the employer side is already templated with the
EnzymeTemplates system, but otherwise the whole thing is full of
CatalystRecruiting graphics. This is no good.

Maybe we could just extend the EnzymeTemplates system to cover the entire
site? That'd be cool.
