i noticed, that some messages I wrote had bad signature. On one of message, if I send it with full length, verification failed happens. But when I short this message (cut something from end), signature is good. I didn't detect which char is doing it, but it is not simply diacritics, because messages with diacritics are outgoing with good signature. You can look at screenshots and logs at http://goldsoft.cz/browse/enigmail/
I didn't noticed it before, maybe I overlooked it, but probably is something new in new versions of thunderbird or enigmail.

In general, the only way to say why a signature is bad is by having the text 1:1 before it was signed and the full message after the message was sent. If your message fails verification in the "Sent mails" folder, then it's very likely the line wrapping issue that Ludwig described.

wrapping limit in thunderbird is on 72 (default)
i switch of "compose msg in html format" and now it seems ok. maybe html format somehow override the wrapping. i will see later, if "signature failed" appear again
thanks for your help

This may be a line wrapping issue, though I'm not quite sure. What is your line wrapping limit set to? It should be set to 72 (default value).
