It'd be nice, when in "Prompt for every recipient" mode, to be able to say "I'm
never going to use this address again, send the mail and don't add it to the list".

This is for responses to subscription confirmation messages and the like.

Yes, it could be useful to say "I don't want to add this address, but still
send that mail now"
