#37 Window Snap, max size.

Currently the windows snap to the screen. But what about making windows snap to each other. Also on the auto sized windows make sure the window(s) snapped to it move accordingly.

With auto size it would be nice to set a max width or height. For example with the tray, have it horizontal then at say 5 icons wide have it start another row.

Snap-to-applet has been implemented and will be included in the next release. I'll look at the man width and height in a future release.
