#120 Desktop Borders for Secondary Monitor Only

Maybe its an odd setup.. But I use my secondary monitor for my task bar/system tray. So the Desktop Borders option "Apply to Primary Monitor Only" is the exact opposite of what I need.

Is there any way to allow you to select one (or more?) monitors to apply the Desktop Borders to instead of just a toggle between Primary or All?
I'd be happy with just a choice between All/Primary/Secondary!
