When regedit has been launched and an attempt is made at changing virtual desktops, the windows on the current desktop move to the desktop you tried to switch to. All windows on surrounding desktops follow moving proportionally to the distance moved by the windows on the current desktop.

    Recently did more testing on this issue. Found the issue to not be localized to regedit but rather to any program that requires itself to be on top of a main form (such as a dialog window).
    An example would be some installations and vista uninstallations.
