#142 Extend New Traj Planner Beyond XYZ

Extend the new trajectory planner (blending, naive cam detection, and look ahead) to work with axis beond XYZ. It would really be nice if at least the linear axis UVW were included, If this could cause serious problems with some machines, could there maybe be an ini setting for each axis to enable/disable blending for that axis.
