#406 Mesaflash utility Segmentation Fault

Greets - Mesaflash utility included in release is 3.0.0-July with "--list" option available. When run it throws a Segmentation Fault.
Most current version on github is also 3.0.0 without the '--list' option but will not overwrite July version due to same recorded version number.

Recommend changing point version number for current available on github, and update lcnc repository to host most recent version.
