Is there an estimation when EJBCA supporting JBoss 7 will be publicly available?

Not that I'm aware of. It is also possible that JBoss 7 support will only be added to the enterprise version of JBoss.
Is there any particular functionality you need?
It seems that JDK 7 also is a target.
