#20 /msg doesn't display anything

If one uses /msg, the client doesn't display anything.
Not even, if a query window for the recipient is
already open.
/msg either should display something in the
current/main window (like ircII for example) or it
should open a new query window and put the text there.
If a query window already exists, it should definitely
put the text there.
Following the current design, I'd vote for the later
one (open new query for initial /msg.)

    Maybe mIRC like would be an option too:
    (I don't really know mIRC, but I guess, it behaves like this)
    If one types /query bla, a new window appears. This does actually work in eirc too.
    If one types /msg bla fasel, the -> *bla* fasel goes to the actual window.
