EiffelStudio 6.5.8.1483 released

This is the release candidate for EiffelStudio 6.5. This version adds compiler support for the new loop construct although no library support has been added yet. Numerous compiler bugs have been fixed: proper handling of attached type in conversions, compile time catcall checker crash, creation of manifest arrays in void-safe mode triggering a precondition violation, full type checking issues, proper code generation for `{ANY}.generating_type' in experimental mode under .NET, proper retrieval of SPECIAL objects in experimental mode. Some issues with the saving/restoring of EiffelStudio layout were fixed.
