#28 User Milestones not generated for buffs at start of combat

I like to use ehfs to monitor all relevant procs, buffs and on-use abilities or trinkets with user milestones. However when a buff is already present at start of combat, no user milestone is generated.

For instance, when I pop Mirror Images shortly before the pull, the buff appears in "Buffs Gained" and the uptime there matches the uptime of the buff. But no user milestone for it is generated.

The user milestone works fine when I pop Mirror Images after the start of combat.
