I know that Apple is underneath, Free BSD. I have an Acer Aspire AMD 64 with 200 Gig HD, bought on sale from circuit city 3/31/06, Hate XP ME, can only run in Safe Mode with networking. May replace with FreeBSD, Solaris, or Linux. Wish I could adapt Apple GUI to FreeBSD or Entire Apple OS to my Acer. I would like to run FreeBSD + Office 98, only with a better GUI. Will Appreciate any advice, JamesThompson65@yahoo.com. May have to call Acer to reinstall XP, or buy XP 64 Pro, or some other. I have Solaris Office, but do not like it.
