Maintenance Release 0.9.1

This maintenance release add a User Guide (english and italian) to the help system and was made in the hope to partially sort out the download problems with the previous release (see http://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=2848996\).
The update is also available from the Software Update feature.
