1. After editing (Copy or Add) a JDBC Driver Item, the Entry "Microsoft MSSQL Server JDBC Driver" is selected and not the Item I have edited
2. The Copy option doesn't work
3. On Startup the Preferences the Entry "Microsoft MSSQL Server JDBC Driver" is selected, and not the first Item in the view.
