#75 Interesting problem, and solution, running NSIS on Kepler

Just installed Kepler on my Win7-64 box. Added NSIS via update mechanism. Was running my default JVM, 1.7.0_25, and got a null pointer fail trying to open the Preferences.
Then tried running Eclipse using IBM's J9 JVM and the problem went away.
