#18 Allow duplicates of the 0 mark only

For me, the real best of both worlds would be where I
can set multiple "0" marks and cycle through them
(M-style), but still allow the mark-moving capability
for the other marks.

The most flexible way to do this would be to have a
different "multiple marks" setting for the 0 mark from
the other marks. A less complex way would be to have
an additional option in the current "multiple marks"
group which would be something like "have multiple
marks for '0', but allow only by accident for the others".
