I have installed LaTeX plugin as instructed, OS Linux Debian. In Eclipse 3.2.1, I can not use LaTeX Plugin feture - I can't figure out what the instruction "Open your favorite .properties file and you'll have syntax-highlighting" means.
What do I need to do after installation to use LaTeX editor?
