#130 Statistic filter: Add RegExp filters for FileName and Folder

While operating massive fix/investigation of Checkstyle violations over code.
It will be convenient to Exclude certain files and even projects/folders
from "Check violations" view especially in mode "Lists all violation of the type".

Please add two additional exclude filters:
- by FileName
- by Path

This should be added as extension to the exiting regex on Checkstyle message filter, to not add too much clutter to the filter view.
