Launching org.javagroup.misc.ProcessService from the
GUI makes it appear in the process list briefly and
then disappear (reaped by Echidna's dead-process-reaper
thread, presumably). It doesn't seem to bind the
socket.
For me it only multple instances of this process
automatically die. The first instance stays around like is
expected.
