Thanks for everything, this sounds great!

I just installed on Debian Wheezy with a custom 3.2 kernel.  I noticed that the startup.log is really short similar to one of the more recent posts.  I noticed that there are lots of entries in dmesg like this:

audit: name_count maxed, losing inode data: dev=00:07, inode=1026
audit: name_count maxed, losing inode data: dev=00:07, inode=4596
audit: name_count maxed, losing inode data: dev=00:07, inode=1026
audit: name_count maxed, losing inode data: dev=00:07, inode=4599
audit: name_count maxed, losing inode data: dev=00:07, inode=1026
audit: name_count maxed, losing inode data: dev=00:07, inode=4602

I Googled a bit but haven't found anything that would let me know what this message is letting me know.  It seems to be a libaudit issue or possibly a kernel issue.

Any ideas?
