#1 Changes for H3 in files omap_dpm.c, board-h3.h, and dpm.h

Changes have been made to existing dpm-2.6.9-omap
patch to make it work for H3. I have changed the
sample util file too.

The patch has to be applied after applying the dpm-
2.6.9-omap.patch.tar.gz patch.
The util file has the name dpm-setup-omap1710.
