#20 Add method to DynamicJasperHelper to generate JasperDesign

By adding a helper method it will allow for users to work directly against the JasperReports API for items that Dynamic Jasper does not currently support. It can be worked around at the moment, but it would make life easier for users to not have to worry about how to do it. Simply put it will allow users to use DynamicJasper to its fullest and then drop down to the JasperReports API for anything extra they need.
